Access Control Systems

Access Control Systems

Access Control Systems (not to be mistaken with Security Systems) allow you to limit access to parts of your building. They even allow you to restrict access to certain doors, at certain times, to certain groups of people. We know, that's a mouthful. But trust us, Access Control Systems are a very powerful way to log and restrict access to parts of your building. Like the other technologies we offer, Access Control Systems have evolved technologically over the past 20 years. Twenty years ago there were certain doors that would have been impossible to provide access control for. With our latest Access Control products, these doors can now be included into an Access Control System.

Retrofits

Retrofit? No problem. We offer multiple solutions that make it possible to provide access conrol for a door, in - say - a glass encased lobby. Or a lobby door in an area with a large atrium. What's more, our hardware uses industry standards to communicate with it's devices which allows multiple access types ranging from biometric readers, to simple card access.

New Projects

With New Projects, we have the ability to plan and install systems that most closely meet your needs. We can work with you to determine which systems will most closely match your budget and needs. We work with system engineers, architects, and conractors to ensure your system does what you need it to do. Let us handle the entire process from submittals to system commissioning and customer training.

Redundancy

Access Control Systems have multiple redundancies to keep the system operational in the event of power-outages or network-outages. Some of our Access Control Systems have built-in cloud backup giving cloud access (which allows you to access your system virtually, from anywhere in the world). Even better, if you need a configuration change to be made to your system, in many cases we can even make those changes without having to make a site visit which saves a service fee.

Reporting

Arlenco CONNECT Access Control Systems have built in reporting features that allow us to configure all kinds of reporting for your needs. Would you like to know how many users accessed a door at a certain time of day? Or, would you like to know which users accessed a door over a specified time frame? Reporting and logging like this is very simple to configure with an Arlenco CONNECT Access Control System.

Applications

Arlenco CONNECT has worked with Schools, Theatres, Government facilities, Hospitals, and many other types of business. From one Access Door, to managing multiple sites with hundreds of doors and thousands of users. Most of our systems are very scalable. Even better, most of our systems can easily be managed (in some cases remotely) from one centralized location.
